PESTILENCE
Stealth game where you control an ethereal pestilence being that is vulnerable and has come back for revenge from the ones that sealed him in the past. Final project in the Master, the team is composed of 18 members.
Responsibilities
– Aid to set the project scope and deliverables for preproduction, early and late development stages.
– Organise and coordinate the different departments with their representatives through each sprint using agile methodology (each sprint lasts 2 weeks).
– Become the figure between the team and university stakeholders.
– Identify neck bottles and dependencies to reassess priority and reevaluate tasks.
– Move the team (18 members) to brainstorm, talk between them and generate a workspace as friendly as possible.

CLEMENTINA
Our narrative proposal for the Ponent Game Jam 2026, this edition theme was “Impact”. We wanted a game that, in abscence of a large pool of different inputs, could make the player feel as the center of the story through agency, deciding which relationships prioritise at each moment.
Responsabilities as a producer in a team of 4:
– Mantain the scope at a reachable level inside our main restrains: team members technical capacity, team size and time.
– Coordinate the team members with the tasks available in each moment.
It is currently only available in Catalan, but we intend to localise it into English and Spanish.
GEA OF WAR
Arcade-ish proposal made for the Global Game Jam 2023 with this years theme “roots”.
Responsabilities
– Monitoring and controlling the scope and tracking the tasks that we would be able to accomplish in 48 hours.
– Coordinate the team members with the tasks available in each moment.
– Identify neck-bottles and dependencies.
